Every Bhinn order is handled with the same care that went into creating the piece inside. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship — and what to expect.
Bhinn Associates is committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order. If you have a specific shipping requirement or query, don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.
Shipping Destinations
Domestic Shipping — India
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery to remote or restricted pin codes may take longer and is subject to availability of courier services in that area.
If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you within 1–2 business days of placing your order and offer alternatives or a full refund.
International Shipping
At present, international shipping is available on a request basis. For orders outside India, please contact us at bhinnbynancy@gmail.com with your delivery country and the products you are interested in. We will confirm availability, shipping cost, and estimated delivery time before you place your order.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
- We partner with reputed national courier companies to ensure your order reaches you in the best condition. Estimated delivery timelines from dispatch are as follows:
- Domestic Shipping Timelines (from dispatch date):
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–6 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 6–10 business days
- Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 business days — charges applicable, shown at checkout
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather disruptions, public holidays, or address-related issues. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above a specified minimum order value (as displayed at checkout — subject to periodic change).
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders below the minimum threshold.
- Express delivery is available at an additional charge, displayed at checkout.
- For bulky or high-value orders, special handling charges may apply and will be communicated before dispatch.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where Bhinn Associates is at fault (e.g., incorrect or defective item dispatched).
Packaging
- We believe the unboxing experience is part of the Bhinn experience. Every order is carefully packed in our signature brand packaging — designed to protect your jewellery in transit and to be worthy of the piece it holds. For gift orders, please mention 'Gift Packaging' in your order notes at checkout. Where available, we will include a gift message card — no invoice will be included inside the package. Our packaging materials are selected with sustainability in mind, and we are continuously working to reduce unnecessary plastic in our packaging.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your order details
- The name of the courier partner
- Your unique tracking number
- A link to track your shipment in real time
- You can also track your order by visiting the courier's website directly and entering your tracking number. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us. For WhatsApp updates on your shipment, you may request tracking via WhatsApp at +91 83688 26568.
Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times before returning the package to us. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or that the address you provide is complete and accurate.
- In the event of a failed delivery:
- You will typically receive a notification from the courier partner regarding the failed attempt.
- You may contact the courier directly to reschedule delivery or request hold-at-facility.
- If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Re-dispatch may be subject to additional shipping charges.
- Bhinn Associates is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or failure to collect the package within the courier's specified timeframe.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products — particularly high-value or fragile pieces — may require signature on delivery. The courier partner will notify you of this requirement during the delivery process.
We do not currently offer P.O. Box delivery. Please ensure you provide a valid residential or commercial address at checkout.
High-Value Orders
For high-value orders, we may use insured shipping at no additional cost to the customer. In such cases, a signature will be required upon delivery. You will be informed at the time of dispatch if this applies to your order.
